I am a simple, everyday person. I am a mother of three and wife. I enjoy writing and teaching others how to live healthy, happy and responsible when it comes to taking care of their body. My journey into the online space has been very gradual but intentional. I really do have a passion for helping others understand the importance of taking care of their physical body. We can't stay in this world without it. I love the outdoors and sitting outside to simply take in the sun's beautiful rays. Our world can be a beautiful place when we walk in love and cherish the many gifts that God has given us!
